- After working in Motivational Speaking for 12 years and owning her own business, Brenda was seeking a new challenge and greater involvement in the community.

-Her first year in real estate she rated number 11 out of 157 agents in her local Board of Realtors in sales activity.
-Brenda has now been in real estate for 11 years and has been associated with Coldwell Banker Patterson Properties for 10 years.
-In 1997 she closed 6.5 plus million in closed sales and controlled 3.5% of the local market share, as well as placing 2nd in her local Board of Realtors.
-In 1998 she closed 6 million in sales and was chosen to be on the "STAR PANEL" for Coldwell Banker. 1999 proved to be another good year with over 6 million in sales.
-In the year 2000 with new technology and greater challenges on the horizon, Brenda moved forward by adding Joe Stephens, REALTOR, as her associate. Brenda and Joe worked hand in hand with custom builders. They put in place a design center for homes. The result: 10 million in production. In 2001 another 10 million in sales.
-With eleven million dollars in production in 2002 Brenda and Joe exceeded to the top category for Coldwell Banker Nationwide. They received the INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT's PREMIER AWARD. The first REALTORS in San Angelo to receive this honor. The PRESIDENT'S PREMIER AWARD is only awarded to the top 10% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.
-In 2003 they closed 11 million in production. In 2004 the goal of 14 million was another milestone. The first San Angelo REALTORS in Coldwell Banker to achieve this goal. In 2005 Brenda added Lisa Diebitsch, a licensed REALTOR to "THE BRENDA JACKSON TEAM". Voted by Texas Monthly as "SUPER AGENTS" in Texas proves that consumer interest is at the top of their list. Receiving the Coldwell Banker's PRESIDENT'S ELITE Award with 14.2 million in production made 2005 another successful year.
-What a year in 2006. Another record breaking year with 18.4 Million in production and rated Number One in San Angelo.
-The year 2007 brought 20 Million Plus in closed production. The President's Premier Award was an added bonus.
-With a volatile stock market and an economic crisis we were still able to close 16 million in 2008.
-We are holding on and committed to riding out 2009 with determination, creativity and a positive attitude.
-As of September 11, 2009 we have moved to another firm. We are now associated with Addresses Real Estate. Come by and visit us at our new address - 2809 Southwest Blvd. next to Hobby Lobby.
